Annual Subscriptions

Accounting and Tax Administration
A 12-month subscription service with no right of early termination.
Services included in the subscription for the preceding financial year will be fully delivered, regardless of whether the subscription agreement is renewed for the new financial year.
Scope of the basic subscription package
- onboarding the Client in the Exact Online software (desktop + app), to which the Client will have access:
- real time insight to the finances;
- processing of incoming and outgoing invoices and receipts in the Exact Online software;
- reconciliation of the records with the bank transactions;
- processing of the primary documents (contracts, acts, etc.) for the purpose of correct accounting.
- daily assistance with questions regarding accounting and tax administration / basic tax advice.
NB: In-depth consultations, including detailed (15+ min) analysis or oral advice, are charged separately at standard hourly rates.
- filing of standard VAT returns (BTW-aangifte);
- filing declarations on EU cross-border operations (ICP-opgave).
NB:
– If a VAT number (BTW-nummer) isn’t assigned automatically, obtaining it is a separate paid service.
– An extra fee applies if the client sells B2C goods/services and opts for the VAT OSS scheme via the one-stop-shop (éénloketsysteem).
– Drafting or submitting a corrected VAT return due to client-initiated changes (unknown and unforeseeable to us) is billed separately by the hour.
- standard wage withholding tax (loonaangifte) filing;
- preparation of payslips (loonstrook) and annual statements (jaaropgave).
- preparation of the ledger accounts;
- drafting of the annual accounts report (jaarrekening);
- presentation of the annual report to the Client;
- drafting of the minutes of the shareholders’ meeting / written resolution adopting the annual report;
- filing of the annual report with the KVK.
NB: The annual accounts service covers only basic preparation using information provided in advance by the client. Tax planning advice is not included and is billed separately by the hour.
- requesting a deferral of the filing from the Tax Authority (if needed);
- drafting of the CIT-return (vpb-aangifte) in the Exact Online software;
- presentation of the CIT-return to the Client;
- filing of the CIT-return.
NB: The CIT return service covers only basic “as-is” preparation. Tax planning advice is quoted and charged separately at standard hourly rates.

Accounting services for:
sole proprietorships (ZZP) and partnerships (VOF, maatschap, C.V.)
Monthly subscription for the financial year of the organization accountable for personal income tax (PIT), without the right to early termination.

Business size limits

PIT-return limitations
An extra charge applies for the reporting year if:
