Annual Subscriptions

Accounting and Tax Administration
A 12-month subscription service with no right of early termination. Services included in the subscription for the preceding financial year will be fully delivered, regardless of whether the subscription agreement is renewed for the new financial year.
Scope of the basic subscription package
- onboarding the Client in the Exact Online software (desktop + app), to which the Client will have access:
- real time insight to the finances;
- processing of incoming and outgoing invoices and receipts in the Exact Online software;
- reconciliation of the records with the bank transactions;
- processing of the primary documents (contracts, acts, etc.) for the purpose of correct accounting.
We quote and charge separately for comprehensive advice which requires in-depth analysis / oral consultation. Standard hourly rates apply.
This includes:
VAT number (BTW-nummer) registration;
standard VAT returns (BTW-aangifte) filing;
recapitulative statements on the EU cross-border transactions (ICP-opgave).
NB:
A surcharge will apply in case the Client sells B2C services / goods and opts in for the VAT OSS regime with registration in (éénloketsysteem).
We quote and charge separately for drafting / submission of each amended version of the VAT return due to the changes submitted by the Client of which we were not and should not have been aware of. A standard hourly rate applies in this case.

- preparation of the ledger accounts;
- drafting of the annual accounts report (jaarrekening)[1];
- presentation of the annual report to the Client;
- drafting of the minutes of the shareholders’ meeting / written resolution adopting the annual report;
- filing of the annual report with the KVK.

NB: The CIT-return service includes only the basic service of “as is” preparation. We quote and charge separately for the tax planning advice regarding the CIT-return. Standard hourly rates apply.
- requesting a deferral of the filing from the Tax Authority (if needed);
- drafting of the CIT-return (vpb-aangifte) in the Exact Online software;
- presentation of the CIT-return to the Client;
- filing of the CIT-return.
NB: The CIT-return service includes only the basic service of “as is” preparation. We quote and charge separately for the tax planning advice regarding the CIT-return. Standard hourly rates apply.

Newly established companies receive an additional discount of 1,5% on the base monthly rate for each additional month (beyond 12) within the first extended financial year. The subscription is non-terminable during this period.
Example:
For an operating company (Werk-BV) established on May 31, 2025, which chose for an extended financial year and signed the subscription agreement on July 1, 2025, covering the period until December 31, 2026:

€318,53 × (100% - 10,5%) = €285,08/month for 17 months (July 2025–December 2026).

Discount Calculation:
- Additional months beyond 12: 19−12=7 months.
- Discount rate: 7×1,5 = 10.5%.

Limitations of the standard tariffs
Monthly processing limit
An additional surcharge applies if the client exceeds the following monthly limit for processing primary documents.
Operational B2B company (Werk-bv)
- 20 purchase and sale invoices
- 25 bank transactions
Holding company (Holding-bv)
- 5 purchase and sale invoices
- 7 bank transactions
Operational B2C company (Werk-bv)
- 50 purchase and sale invoices
- 70 bank transactions
Maximum Business Volumes
An additional surcharge applies if, on average, over the last 3 financial years, at least two of the following business volume limits are exceeded:
